Had a car break down near Kroger's in Proctorville. I had the pleasure of meeting a police officer by the name of Copley. I felt so bad that the car wouldn't start. I already informed Kroger's that the car broke down and was in the process to have it removed. Officer Copley was very nice. I explained that the car would be taken care of by the next day and he said would check to make sure the car was ok thru out the night. I was greatly appreciative for the consideration this officer had. Now I try to wave every time I see him, just so he knows I appreciate his service to the community. Thank you to all those who serve
